How It Works

What is a CSA?

It’s Community Supported Agriculture, and the name implies what (and who) is involved: you the community, we the farmers, and of course, the farm! CSA is a way for us to sell our fresh, delicious produce direct to the consumer, while giving you the opportunity to connect with your food source.

What you are doing is purchasing a share in the harvest. What you receive is a weekly or biweekly box of organically grown produce. In addition, you get a newsletter that keeps you up-to-date on the happenings at the farm, along with recipes for your cooking pleasure. With every box you also get a fresh baked, artisan loaf of bread from Renard’s European Bakeshop in Princeton.
